If you want to merge your current account to a Facebook profile, phone number or an email address, there are a few easy steps to follow:

 

Make sure that the profile you want to use has never been used to access Bingo Blitz before;

When you access the game through Facebook, a new profile will be created, and a new User ID will be linked to it.

This means that connecting your current account to that profile will only get you to the one already created, which has no or very little progress.

No worries! If that happens, you can simply log out from that account, and then log back in using your old username and password.

 

Connecting your account to Facebook or Email/Phone Number:

To connect your account to a Facebook/email/phone number, you can follow these steps:

-go to Main Menu

-scroll down and select the “Connect” option

-choose option that you want!

 

 

Merging two or more accounts’ progress

 

This option is not currently available in the game. As every account is different, they can not be merged into one.

However, if you find yourself stuck in a sticky situation and can not access the old account anymore, there is the option to transfer the progress from one to another.

If you’re having difficulties logging into your BINGO Blitz account, on your iOS device, the steps below might be what you need.

Click on the Menu icon:

Log out of BINGO Blitz:

 

Sign out from the wrong account on SAFARI at www.facebook.com:

Delete the Bingo Blitz app:

Clear Cache & Cookies from SAFARI:

Login on www.facebook.com in the Safari browser using the correct Facebook account, install Bingo Blitz, and connect via www.facebook.com  through Safari.

And you should be good to go!

If you still encounter difficulties, make sure to let the Support Team know, by submitting a ticket.

If the answer is yes, then you’ll be happy to know that Blitzy has prepared this article in which you’ll find all you need in the case of a “lost or missing item”.

First, it is very important to know that once an item has been won, that item cannot be lost.

However, sometimes, minor technical inconsistencies such as small visual glitches may occur. When this happens, some rewards may not be properly displayed on your end of the screen, and it might appear that they were not actually added to your account.

In cases like this, always check your inventory and/or pantry after the disruption and look for the goods that you’ve won.

If you’re not sure what the rewards were, you can always submit a ticket to the Customer Support team. After you send them details of the matter, they will investigate properly and offer you all the information you need.

In the meantime, you can try a few basic troubleshooting steps in order to prevent this type of minor disruption.

 

What you can do?

– Clear the cached data on your device or browser;

– Make sure your browser/app version is up to date. ;

– Make sure your internet connection is stable (you can reset your router/modem)

– Reinstall the app or switch the browser on which you usually play
